There are not enough words to express how grateful I am for Kevin and Reyna at Harris Jewelers. From the moment we walked in the first time to just try on rings to find a size, all the way to the proposal itself - they have been nothing short of exceptional. They helped us build the ring from scratch to customize the most amazing ring for my bride to be. They took a vision we had and made it reality. As great as the ring is, the experience and quality of customer service from them was the most wonderful part! Whether it was simply a call to check in and update me on where the ring was at in the process, or even when I called to give them the good news - they treated us like family and not a transaction. It is without a doubt that I recommend everyone to go in and experience being treated like more than a customer and truly cared about!

Harris Jewelers is a fantastic place for all your jewelry needs! This was my third experience with the company and the service is outstanding! I just had my Tag watch polished and adjusted and I was blown away at how well it looked. It looks virtually brand new and the polishing that Steve did was a fraction of the cost Tag quoted me for a new band. Kevin the salesman was extremely pleasant and explained how they go about the polishing process and said I would be very pleased with the results. I’m more than pleased, I’m ecstatic! The turn around time was quick and completed in less than a week! Thank you guys doing such a great job!

I had a design idea for a necklace and took it to Sharon at Harris Jewelers. The finished product was exactly what I envision and even more beautiful. Sharon made a few suggestions I did not think about!! I LOVE my necklace and so happy I took it to Harris Jewelers. All of them are so friendly and easy to work with. The necklace is two-fold...I get to wear this beautiful piece with my granddaughters names, and each of them will get their name bar after I pass away. Thank you Sharon @ Harris Jewelers!!

My new favorite jeweler!! I got this ring from Greece, took it in to have it reshaped. Other places scoffed and told me no it’ll just break because it’s cheap. I was met with nothing but smiles when I went here. Immediately said not a problem and in under 5 minutes my ring was absolutely perfect again. I later brought other jewelry in to have cleaned and to go over new settings. 10/10 would recommend. Can’t wait to see how my new settings turn out!

Nick was very helpful and knowledgeable when I came in for pricing on a cleaning and repair. He knew exactly how my bracelet needed to be fixed and even offered a free cleaning. Great experience!

Kevin, aka as THE MAGICIAN made me a custom pendant! Working with my plans we tweaked a few things and he started the job. It was done sooner then expected and all I can say is a very loud THANK YOU! The pendant is yet to come off my neck, absolutely in love with it. Go to Harris Jewelers, you will NOT disappointed.

I brought in my original wedding band and solitaire diamond from 35 years ago. The gold was so worn that the diamonds were at risk of falling out. Although my husband had gifted me a new wedding ring, it made me sad to think the original symbol of our love was just sitting in a drawer. While other jewelers told me it wasn't worth the trouble and suggested I just sell it, Kevin had a different approach. He didn't belittle my original ring; instead, Kevin understood how much it meant to me. He took the time to design a creative new setting for my original diamonds rather than dismissing them. Now I have a stunning anniversary ring that I can wear with the same pride I felt 35 years ago! Thank you, Kevin, for your help and creativity.

I was a walk-in customer. Wanted to add a stone to a wedding band for a gift. The sales associate mocked up a design on the computer, give me a prompt quote, and the work only took a week. Very very happy with the results. Far exceeded my expectations. Price was also very fair. 10 out of 10 will use this business again!!!
